You may have noticed the .dk suffix on TheTabooLife.dk. There is a specific reason it’s a .dk site. The servers are located in Denmark and the site itself is danish. This means that only danish law applies to the platform and the subdomains; and danish law is by far less strict than any other country in the world when it comes to adult material.
Danish Law specifically states that it is illegal to;
– produce adult content with persons under the age of 18 years old.
– produce adult content that includes sexual acts with animals.
– all persons featured in adult content must be aware of intent to publish and perform by their own free will*.
That is it. Those are the laws in Denmark. They also specifically state that acting underaged, in distress, under the influence or similar is legal, as long as noone is, in fact, underaged or in distress. There are no laws that specifically says the publisher needs signed consent forms, ID of all performers and so on – quite the opposite in fact; we are not allowed access to such material.
